I’m a SquareSpace* novice, but I *think* I have fixed the issue and hope you will sign up. The sign-up box is on the right column however just to make it easy, here it is front and center.

Today I had my final doctor appointment for getting surgical clearance. All signs point to surgery proceeding on 9/21.
